FrontRowBrothers (“we”, “us”) is run by Adam Eriksson, based in Sweden. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what rights you have. We keep it in plain language on purpose.
What we collect and why
When you send a message through our contact form: your name, email address, the topic you select, and your message. We use this to answer you. Legal basis: legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
When you apply for coaching: your name, email address, which program you're applying for, age, height and weight, family situation, occupation, training history, how consistent your five daily prayers are, and anything else you choose to tell us.
We ask for this because coaching cannot be calibrated without it — your starting point, your schedule, and your obligations determine your plan. Legal basis: your explicit consent, and, if you become a client, performance of our agreement with you.
◆ Sensitive data
Some of what we ask for counts as special category data under GDPR Article 9 — information about your physical condition, and information about your religious practice. We only collect it because it directly shapes the coaching we provide, we never collect more than we need, and we process it only with your explicit consent, which you give by ticking the box on the application form. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
If you become a client: we keep notes on your progress — check-ins, weight, which step of the program you're on — for as long as we coach you.
Who else sees your data
Web3Forms processes form submissions and delivers them to us by email.
Netlify hosts this website.
WhatsApp (Meta) — if you become a client, coaching is delivered over WhatsApp, which means Meta processes your messages under their own terms. You can ask us to use email instead.
Google Fonts serves the typefaces this site is set in. Your browser fetches them from Google, which means Google receives your IP address whenever a page loads.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing.
Cookies
One cookie, and only one: NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers the language you picked so the site opens in it next time. We set no advertising or statistics cookies, because we run no analytics and no tracking of any kind.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become clients: deleted within 12 months. Client records: kept while we work together and for two years afterwards, then deleted. Anything required for bookkeeping is kept as long as Swedish accounting law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop processing it. You can withdraw consent at any time. Ask by emailing salam@frontrowbrothers.com and we'll respond within a month.
