◆ What are we doing, brothers?
We Forgot How to Carry Ourselves.
We've all heard the hadith — eat a third for food, a third for drink, and leave a third for air.
But that's not the whole hadith, my brothers.
◆ The Prophet ﷺ said:
“No vessel is filled worse than the stomach. It is enough for the son of Adam to eat a few mouthfuls to keep his back straight. But if he must, then a third for his food, a third for his drink, and a third for his breath.”
Read it again. A few mouthfuls is enough. The thirds come only if he must.
And look at us now. Overweight has become the new normal — and we aren't even ashamed of it.
We were created for one purpose: to worship Allah. So ask yourself honestly — how will you carry that out with a body that's weak, sick, and worn down before its time?
Your body is an amana — a trust you'll answer for. You can't give Allah your best in salah, in sujood, in your acts of worship, while you neglect the vessel He gave you to do it with.
Stop lying to yourself, akhi.
◆ The Prophet ﷺ said:
“None of you truly believes until he wishes for his brother what he wishes for himself.”
So look around at our community. Your brother watches you grow heavier every year — and says nothing. He smiles, embraces you, prays beside you. Not a word. And you do the same for him. We've mistaken silence for respect. It's not respect. It's watching your brother drown and calling it good manners.
Nobody will say it to your face. So we will.
Let's call it what it is: you are not "big-boned." You are not "just built like this." You've let your nafs off the leash, and now it walks you. Every craving obeyed. Every "one more bite" granted. Allah asks: have you seen the one who takes his desires as his god? Look down at your plate and answer honestly.
And here's the part no one says: you already know all of this. You don't need another lecture on eating less. If knowledge fixed anything, the ummah would be lean. Knowledge isn't your problem. Your problem is that every day hands you a hundred food decisions — and your nafs wins every negotiation, because you keep showing up to negotiate.
◆ ◆ ◆
Health on Autopilot.
A system built so there's nothing left to negotiate.
- 01
A process, not a plan.
Step by step, starting smaller than you'd believe — your niyyah, your five. Each step hard to fail, each one building on the last. That's the whole system: simple by design, built to get you healthy and lean.
- 02
No excuse left standing.
We were created for one purpose — to worship Allah. Comfort has a price, brother — and you're paying it with the body you need to obey Him.
- 03
No disappearing.
Check-ins that catch you before you quietly quit like every time before.
Motivation already failed you — how many times now? This isn't motivation. It's a system that doesn't ask how you feel today.
Start With Autopilot ▶◆ 1:1
Need more?
Autopilot will get you there — that's what it's built for. But some brothers don't just want a system. They want a coach on their case, directly. Every plan built around them, personally.
That's 1-on-1 coaching. Starting from zero or years in the game — if you want it personal, this is the door.
The hadith won't read itself differently tomorrow.
You've seen the truth. You know where you stand. The only question left is whether you'll do something about it — or close this page like you've closed every other door to change.
